I'm A 14 year old from Whitby, Ontario and i fiddle with graphics in my spare time. It's become quite a hobby for me. I love getting new LJ friends, and i definetly DON'T bite. Well, i do. Do you love Miley Ray Cyrus? Well then this community is exactly for you. I created this community because there wasn't really an actual Miley Fan Community. All the ones supposedly dedicated to updates were filled with icons. This community has the news, pictures, videos, and more, to keep the fanbase of Miss Cyrus growing.
